Dr. Serena Hsu was born and raised in Southern California and speaks English, Mandarin and Spanish. Before becoming an Orthodontist, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA. She went on to obtain a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree with honors from USC, where she was given the Deans Award for Outstanding Service and Commitment. She continued on at USC, attaining an Orthodontic Specialty certificate and a Master of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology (the study of jaw and facial growth). She's now a Board Certified member of the American Board of Orthodontics, finally able to achieve her goal of making beautiful smiles and seeing her patients grow into wonderful and more confident individuals.
To continue helping students, she became a part-time Clinical Instructor at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. And to stay current with new orthodontic technology and continuing education, she is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association.
Dr. Amandeep Singh
Dental Hygiene Specialist Dr. Amandeep Singh earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at University of California, Irvine. He then continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. His accomplishments include Assistant Instructor to first year dental students on periodontal treatment, Deans Honor Roll, and Secretary and Treasurer of the Medical Health Science Society. Dr. Singh has been specializing in performing dental hygiene procedures since 2006. He is known by many of his patients for providing professional, yet gentle periodontal dental procedures.
Dr. Vahid Tabibzadeh
Dr. Vahid Tabibzadeh is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who received his dental degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. In addition, he is certified in both Advanced Cardiac & Trauma Life Supports (ACLS and ATLS). During his extensive training, he has been a recipient of numerous honorary societies and fellowship awards. Dr. Vahid is an active member of both the American and California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS & CALAOMS). Along with his comprehensive experience in the full scope of his specialty, he provides dental surgery, extraction of wisdom teeth, bone grafting procedures, dental implants, intravenous sedation and general anesthesia in our practice.
